Once the item has been purchased and upon receipt of your payment, we proceed to a final verification of the item, then attach the greatest care to the packaging before shipping it. Large items are shipped on a pallet to your home within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally. Are you changing your mind? You have 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) to return the package(s) to us in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs at your expense). We will refund you upon receipt of the item. If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your item arrives damaged, you have the option of being refunded.
